  • We accept payments through multiple secure methods, including prepaid (online payment) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • For COD orders, a partial advance of ₹100 per order is required to confirm the order.

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 working days. Delivery typically takes 5–6 working days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on most products, except panties, accessories, sale items, and products marked non-returnable. Returns must meet our quality conditions.
