✅ Products Eligible for Return & Exchange

  • Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted if the product is:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition with all tags intact, including the security tag

    • Returned in the original packaging

You can choose to:

  • Exchange for another product of your choice (subject to stock availability), OR

  • Receive a refund in the form of CherryVi store credits (which never expire).


🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Panties & intimate bottoms

  • Accessories (such as jewelry, belts, etc.)

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

We request you to kindly check the product details page for specific return eligibility before making your purchase.


🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account and go to your Order Page.

  2. Select the product you wish to return or exchange and submit your request.

  3. We will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days (if available in your area).

  4. Once your product reaches us, it goes through a quality inspection which usually takes 5–6 working days.


💸 Refund Process

  • For Regular Returns/Exchanges – Refunds are issued as CherryVi store credits. These credits never expire, so you can use them on any future purchase. (Please note that promotional credits may carry an expiry date.)

  • For Wrong Product / Wrong Size or Color Sent by Us – You are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method or bank account. In such cases:

    • Refunds to bank accounts may take 2–3 working days to reflect after processing.

    • A video of the package opening will be required as proof in case of wrong product/size/colour claims.


🚚 Return Shipping Fee

  • For returns/exchanges requested due to personal reasons (fit issue, dislike, change of mind, etc.), a flat ₹100 return shipping fee per order will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), no return fee will be charged.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may self-ship the product to us. In that case, no return shipping fee will be deducted.

  • Return/Exchange request raised – Instant via order page

  • Pickup arranged – 2–3 working days

  • Inspection after receiving product – 5–6 working days

  • Store credit refund – Immediately after inspection approval

  • Bank refund (in case of wrong/defective item) – 2–3 working days after approval
