🏠 Delivery Timeline

  • Our courier partners usually deliver within 5–6 working days after dispatch.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available across most serviceable locations.
  • A partial upfront payment of ₹100 per order is required to confirm COD orders. This amount will be adjusted against your final payable amount.
  • If you prefer, you can place a prepaid order instead and enjoy an extra 2% discount on your purchase.

🌍 Service Coverage

  • We ship to all pincodes across India.
  • If our courier partner does not service your pincode, we will ship your order via India Post, so you don’t miss out on your CherryVi favourites.
